810+ light. Confirmed as light by Cresta.
I used welding, much like has been used in countless competitions recently - my solution to Equal Plus Equal as an example.
That type of welding, that I used for my launcher, does create a little force I'm certain. In the past I've known it to be considered light and dark depending on who is hosting the competition. It's nice that nobody complains about it anymore because it's such a grey area to define a rule for.
Personally, I consider very few things to be dark anymore. Obviously paddles are dark. Nodes or endpoints overlapping materials (or other end points) before the level starts to make things break or jump, I consider to be dark too. Oh and jack hammers
. Pretty much anything else I consider to be light. I think Cresta has a similar opinion.
