Sorry for the long wait - it sucks to be away from a computer for days. :evil:

Objective:
Design a level that best represents the action in a *specific* video game. The more the simulation looks like actual gameplay, the better.

I would recommend a side-scroller like sonic, but you can do anything you want (i.e. Halo, Portal, etc.).

One more thing, Armadillo should be used a lot.That doesn't mean you can't surround Armadillo with a vehicle or put him in a person, it just means armadillo should play a main character role in the level, not just sit in a corner and cry.

Did anyone send in a submission? If so, then go ahead with the voting phase. If not, then I guess either extend the deadline or start a new contest.

Okay, I don't have any problem with you (or anyone) starting a new contest, it's just that I was wondering if there was still any interest in it. You have been the only one to post since... last year :)........ :(

Well, on your PM you indicated you saw the "option" [for attachments, i'm assuming...], so anyway, you can post it here for all to see ;)

I don't think this matacus (or even matacus contest) is open.

guess what happens?

note of craziness: take away the compression and rockets and you've got yourself a working Armadillo Tower.
note o' doom: if i see this building design on anybody else's level i will be sure to insult them from the safety of my living room. vigorously.
