you can make a motor that throws dillo somewhere and if ppl will like it you could win...

yea, it just has to be a catapult like construct, since the trebuchet is a type of siege engine, and so are catapults, so you can go for some hybrid if you want lol.

I don't think cannons (as in artillery cannons) count for this contest.

Well, whatever. He said trebuchet. A trebuchet has weight that flings. A catapult uses stretched material to fling. A trebuchet is like taking a ferris wheel and putting weight on one side and a projectile on the other.

I couldnt get any concepts to work due to the fact that any type of long arm you make just breaks under the weight... :(

I don't like using it for D League (I like the sound of D-League btw). It just makes it... Less cool. It's like steroids.

I wouldn't say really, there can be really cool solutions made with ARedit...
And if the solution is less cool, it wouldn't get many votes ;)

True. You have to be extra creative if using AREdit to get my vote.

Yeah ARedit is kewl, but not only did I delete but to me it seems worse than dark... Your not using the game as it should be used...

EDIT: And yeah I know the force isnt really how the games meant to be used, but I dont like it and spend most contests making light solutions anyway.

If you're just using it to place the nodes precisely that doesn't seem to be undermining the purpose of the game. If you use it to make longer members, that's different.

I'm still trying! The arm is the killer - does anyone have any ideas for building a strong, rigid arm?

I've managed to make a simple, small treb which will fling a minimum length rubber weight maybe 20 section lengths (40 dillo widths) or so... it's a far cry from throwing a dillo though...

Multi-rotational treb's look interesting - you seem to be able to avoid a long, rigid arm...

lol - I know dude. Doesn't mean it's not an interesting idea to play with, or that people won't enjoy looking at interesting new variations.
