I just didn't want to do it because I thought it would make construction of the wheel trivial.

Of course it would make it trivial, but it would also make it BORING ;) And I'm sure that any submission that relies only on overlong bars and plates is not going to win ;)

I am not going to use ARedit for mine. I can make it almost perfect anyway. In the real world, can builders build a structure with a program?

architects yes, but builders... hmm maybe they make one in AR before they make the real one :D

Lol that is a good idea!

Using AR isn't really programming a structure.
A few days ago I've seen a documentary about building roller coaster and it explained all of the building levels:
First, concept and basic design, then design it in a simulator, then build all the parts according to the simulator ("programming" your pieces) and then put them all together...
Well in RL you can use protractors and spirit levels for your construction, but you can't do it in the AR, therefore you need AR edit to create straight nodes or calculate the angles (using cos, sin etc for coordinates).

Well I'm gonna use ARedit in my solution and I advise you to do the same if you want it to be accurate :P

yea, engineers (of all branches) and architects use programs. Not all of them, but most do.

"In it to win it" isn't the same as "I know I'm going to win". It just means I'm going to try my hardest to win, which I can safely say I will.
