Welcome to contest B IV. Apologies for the delay in getting this started, looks like all the technical issues are sorted out now. This is a good challenging level with a few restrictions...hopefully your counterweighting skillz are up to par.

Send your solutions to darkcatalyst@hotmail.com with the usual naming convention:

[Name]-[Score]-[Solutionname(optional)]

As always, go ahead and post general scores and/or complete BS - I have a feeling that scores will have a wide variance for this contest.

Hah, glad you guys like it.

And yeah, the budget is pretty high, I figured you guys wouldn't need nearly as much...but more money usually allows for some crazy artistic solutions.
