You should attach the

ARFC_A_... file, not the ~ARFC_A_... one, or it won't work...
We can simply delete the ~ from the file name, but I think it's better if you chage it in the post.

 only the second contest I have hosted, I didn't notice before that a newly created level appears twice in the list of levels that displays when attaching the file to the post. I have edited the post, I will know better next time :) .

This is considered dark.

As a general rule, if a node intersects another object at the start of the level and then bounces out like that, it is considered dark.

The same applies to a material intersecting an anchor point to create the same push out force.

90% of the time this doesn't significantly effect a solution, but there have been past solutions that simply wouldn't work without manipulating this type of dark force.

As a general rule, do not intersect a node or anchor point with any material at the start of a level. This will ensure your solution is considered light. Flippers create their force from this type of intersection. We smash objects apart with this type of intersection, and we can flick objects with it too. All are considered dark.

If a solution starts with a very minor intersection of node and material, and it doesn't obviously cause any advantage then it's usually ignored and considered light.

A final rule is that the host of the competition has the final word on whether a solution is dark or light. If you have a solution that you are unsure about, send it to the host and ask them what they think because ultimately it's their decision. If they consider the intersection doesn't significantly cause an advantage they should consider it light. If the solution wouldn't work without the intersection it should be considered dark.

Hehe, and one other rule. If this type of intersection only occurs AFTER the start of the level, it is considered a bug in the engine and called light.

Vankwish has said it all.

I haven't played with it, what can it be used for, dosn't look as if it has much power.

I like this level although I fear we may see identical dark scores.

this is what i mean. it dose not effect the dillo at the start just help the dillo climbing over the edge. ah ther is still time to tweak i will see what i can do

If the cloth flicking out hits the dillo, or causes something else to hit the dillo, then it's dark.
If the cloth flicks out and then a couple of seconds later the dillo arrives and all that force is gone already, it's usually ignored because it didn't really affect anything significant.
Sometimes there isn't quite enough space to fit the construction we want to make, and so we ignore a little over lapping as long as the force it creates isn't utilised to complete the level. But obviously, if the force from overlapping is necessary for success then it's dark.
