9.61 is a good light score, Mark. But it's a good idea to not bid your final score this far before the deadline. It takes all the suspense out of it.

Anyone going dark on this?

Point taken and understood but this contest has been going since Sunday and not many scores have come in so I thought I might as well lay my cards on the table for all to see. Maybe there will be a last minute rush with bids and I'll have to try and tweak my solution a bit more.

I had a nice dark solution going the wrong way , not sure if I will have time to go the correct way, with so many changes of direction it could take hours to tweak.

Jim, I am surprised your having trouble with the light, I found this one quite easy but very time consuming. Having said that until now I was having trouble getting a dark solution off the ground

Had a fresh start on a dark solution, came in at first run -9.5 looks like some room for a few tweaks.

Down to -9.4 a little more tweaking tomorrow .

Time has been a factor for my light solution. Spent too much time tweaking in the dark...
Now I'm burned out.

I can appreciate the problem.

I am keeping up with your dark score now -9.3 but how close are you to 9.2 I am not far away

After a bit more tweaking -9.0---

You have beaten my 9.15 and I won't have time to improve it.
Alas, my light is uncompetitive.

Bad luck Jim but incase you find time for tweaking I'm now down to -8.8
