Two special rules apply to this level:
1. No material may be attached to any node of the rotating wheel, both structure and gondolas, nor to the central anchor point.
2. It´s not allowed to damage in any way the rotating wheel. It should remain intact at level finish.

Do we need to move every dillo to the portal or just finishing the level is ok?

Pick one dillo and move it to the portal.

I got one dillo to the portal, but the level won't finish. Is this OK?

No, it's not. Probably your dillo isn't located in the center of the portal. A small adjustment in the position of the catcher is all what you need for the level to finish correctly.
