Well, I'm experiencing a really strange bug with the saving in the game.

I just went back to try and tweak my dark score today, only to find that my saved best dark score no longer works. To begin with I thought maybe I'd made a mistake when I saved it. Maybe I'd pressed undo or tweaked something without knowing it before I saved it.

So I retweaked it and made it work, and saved. After saving, I clicked edit, to go back in, and ran the simulation again. It worked again, and I saved it yet again, so I had two copies of it. Then I went to the menu, and neither of those two saves work either. Is this a known bug when using dark force. Is there some way for me to avoid this problem?

Isn't this just the undo bug? Just add something, press undo, then run the level and it should work.

Ah, thanks for that. I'd already got a working save before I read your advice, but your advice does work for my broken saved files too.

How very strange. I load what I believed to be a working solution, run the simulation and it fails slightly. I add something, press undo, and it then works. Crazy.

Edit: Damn these bugged saves. So I get my best Dark score yet and save it. Load it, and it doesn't work. So I add something and undo and it works. So I save it and it doesn't work when I load it again. So I add something and undo, and it works. But it just won't save working. Grrrr.

Edit: I've now tried everything I can think of to get a working save and everytime the save is bugged. Every save works fine if I load it, add something, and press undo, before pressing start. I guess I will have to submit the bugged save because I'm not passing up on this score.

This is a very well known bug. It is called the Undo Bug. It usually happens when there is a lot of rubber in the level. Don't worry. You can submit the buggy level but when naming it add the words "Undo Bug" to it. You can also avoid all this hassel and don't submit anything considering you have been beaten already in big style. 4710+ D

I have given up on trying to get a working save, tried about 20 times with all sorts of different ideas but it always saves bugged. I'll submit it anyway to see how it compares to yours.

The OMG means oh my gosh, but after that, he just just slamming on the keyboard. You can tell because j,e,o, and i are repeated several times.
