with creating of C League the rules have been updated, so the special rules can be only in C (must be in C!)

I think we can break them once
IMO, it'll be better to leave the special rule for this contest

I thought that in B league we can add additional rules, but it is not necessary. Anyway i think that such addditional rule (add anchor point) wouldn't help this time...

So if a rocket is carrying the dillo, goes out of bounds and the ball drops out, thats dark?
