Well, true you are. As the starting budget of the level is not a odd number its not possible. But thats why the + and - is added -.

The + is to scare you and the - is to make you relax. Together they are ment to paralyse and thereby remove the threat of the variety of brains that are floating around in this area of cyberspace - includin yours :twisted:
