Welcome to contest A #17 - Bridge over troubled water

I realize this level is fairly easy, but it is an A contest afterall and it's the best I could do on short notice. :?

Submissions can be made to jps.armadillorun@gmail.com
The contest will run until Sunday October 8th, 19:00 GMT. Please note that it will run an hour longer than normal.

The rules are the same as recent contests and discussion about them is here:
http://armadillo.metaclassofnil.com/for ... .php?t=232

For simplicity name your solutions like this:
[YourForumName]-[DollarsRemaining]
or
[YourForumName]-[DollarsRemaining]-[SolutionName]

Example:
JP-4998
or
JP-4998-PlanB

GMT Time link: http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/

Good luck! I'm looking forward to your submissions.

Nice level! :)

It'll be easy enough to do, but there's an awful lot of different possibilities to get there.
By the way, the 8th is Sunday not Wednesday... no biggie but just thought I'd mention it.

Got a rather swanky looking 3900+ working.

I'm afraid the winning score will be 4988. I hope not though...

Is that a cheating solution or one without using the force?
