Time's nearly up...
I'm hoping that this time I'm competitive, seems so from the forum but there's bound to be a lurker that's going to destroy my score with a cunning trick or two.
Looking forward to seeing how it ends up anyway!

Just finished my first solution. (I downloaded the level 1 hour before the deadline

$1756, no time to tweak. I think one part is quite competitive, but the other is horrendously expensive.
