Its tricky Rob, but with care the Dillo can be supported without it touching the rubber. In my solution the Dillo bounces out a couple of times before it settles. You can do it

Ooooh, I got it. And it doesn't even bounce before it settles.
Very nice level btw. Didn't use any of the standard tricks.
