I wish I knew :( the other league only has me and Votart submiting bids. I hope some people come back or we get some newbies soon.

Looking at the number of downloads for the contests there always seems to be quite a few people who are doing the contest but who never submit there solutions. If that applies to anyone reading this please do join in the contests and enjoy :) .

4 competitors so far, it's not much but it's just enough to keep things alive.
I do hope some oldtimers return or some new people join in. Maybe a new forum layout would help. People that get here for the first time might look around, see some long dead topics or some spam and never actualy find where we are, hidden in A and B league. On the front page they should have 3 choices: beginners league, pro league and discussion.

p.s. I'm still in the race

Good comments Rob. Maybe a few are away because of holidays and we know Vankwish is tied up with work but what happened to JimCDubb, mikee7 and ioncorpse, come on guys where are you :?:

That is a good idea for the front page of the forum, it would make it much easier for newbies to find where the action is. Perhaps you could send the suggestion to PeterT.

Lets hope the spam stays away now, that certainly would put off newbie's. I hope PeterT is keeping an eye on things as there is already some new spam appearing and another new member with a name which is just a row of numbers so will probably be another spammer. I can't understand why they would pick on a site with such little activity :?

We could also have a bulletin in the main page which holds a list of currently active players who have taken part in the last 3 or 4 contests. A moderator could update it regularly. That would directly announce that there is activity and could also provoke players to find out what hides behind the names ioncorpse, Cresta, markmadras...
