2230+ :lms:
Only a small plus, this is near the end for this design. Back to the drawingboard for a different approach.

EDIT: done, 2230+++ :lms:

After making a very expensive swing in my first solution I to have done a new design :) , I'm starting to like swings they are easier to build than I thought and so tweakable.

2260+ :lms:

I thought I had hit a max on a simple Dark solution at 2388 :dms: going to have to work on that to try and get over the 2400 :?

Very true. Swings can look like  but it isn't half as  to build them.

As for this comp, I think we will all probably end up with rather similar scores, although I hope someone has something spectacular in the bag.

I had about 2 hours of fun reaching my current best score, and then kept going back to have another look but I can't improve upon it. I can't think of another way to do it either. Most ideas prove impossible because of metal bars getting in the way everywhere.

Yes those metal bars on those tightly packed anchors have messed up a few ideas, and blown some apart. I have still got heaps of tweaking to do and three days left to do it in :) I think my design is quite ordinary but will be looking to experiment with the catcher, that could be the key to a winning score.

Meanwhile, 2280+ :lms:

I don't believe I will be winning this one unless I can come up with a different design.

Although my solution is nice and clean, for what it is, I can't help thinking it's not the best solution. But I'm unable to find anything to beat it at the moment.

2290+ :lms:

And yes, I notice there are still 3 days left. That's weird. It seems to have been going for 2 days already.

This anyone won't certainly tell it to you..
It's just 24 hours that this contest is on, and scores are almost to the max, and even you are near to your real score, so...

Ps: This thing of my name is nice, but it doesn't allow you to speak to me this way.
I hope you do it just to be funny, but it's the second time you use this tone, so I just want you to know, friendly, that it's not so pleasant for me.
I don't mind if you call me Krumpty, or Kruzty, it makes me happy! But slow down with the tone, just this..
I know you are intelligent enough to understand the shade of this critic.

Yes, no problem Cresta.

I guess I needed a smiley face after that because it was said very lightheartedly. I can see how it could be read as me really telling you to shut up, but I was just having fun.

I have much respect for everyone who plays this game, especially you, so please don't ever for a second think I am being aggressive. It's just my sense of humour.

I'm English, we have a dry sense of humour and insult each other for fun when we don't mean a word of it. That harsh sense of humour actually means I like you and that we know each other well enough that you wouldn't possibly think I'm being serious. Sorry that you did.

Have a cuddle :)

Edit: If you knew me better you would insult me right back and I'd laugh, knowing you didn't mean it either.

I imagined your intentions weren't aggressive and you was just having fun..
That's what I supposed the fisrt time, but you have never spoken to me right that, and after that second attack I thought you had something against me (even though I didn't know exactly what)...

Now I know nothing changed between us, and this makes me happy!

Ps: I didn't know you were english, this explains the quality of your speech.........
