Ok, here we are with the results for the 249th A contest: Spiral

First of all, sorry that I didn't save this one for the B league. Would probably have been better as a weekly contest.

The first solution I recieved was a very nice comeback for FF using multiple dark paddles scoring 1966. The highest scoring dark solution was for Votart scoring 1996 (sorry no medal) but the dark solution I liked best came from MarkMadras. He made a very nice rotational device wich pushed the ball around in the spiral.

It was only today I received the first light solution, Votart sent a 794 elastic solution. After that the real light battle started. Markmadras did 1892 using some heavyweight welding. JimCDubb scored 1916 using a pulley and Overlord did a last minute 1966 using some weight on a rope to get the dillo up.

But in the end there can be only one...
The :lms: goes to CrapStar for his 2014 solution. Glad to see there was at least one person who broke the elusive 2000.

As usual I'll include my POC and just to annoy Cristie I'll throw in my tweaked POC as well.

Thanks for playing and hope to see you in the next contest.

Took me some time to understand what CrapStar and Cristie was. This sure was an interesting level, I actually thought I was close. Congratulations to the winners! Waiting for a new contest, Cresto

Congrats to Starcap for a superb solution and well done to all for some interesting solutions, some nice triggers and techniques used that I will learn a lot from.

Rob, that 2030 is a beauty.

Thanks :D I even have a 2040, but I made that after watching some of the solutions so I decided not to include that one.

I also like triggers alot, nice to look at and once you made them you don't have to retweak them for every change you make afterwards.
