The contest is over and the medal goes to:

:lms: V4nKw15h with 3123!

:dms: mi2 with 3161

Great competition.I really enjoyed to watch, how has V4anK masterfully pushed always just a little the hole field. He's been sitting there with a cheeky smile on his face, I bet, while everyone was fighting scores just over 3000 :D
At the end JimC and mi2 was pretty near to 3100.
Grats and thanks to all who sent in their entries even though they knew they were beaten. It's always good to see the various solutions.

:o wow 3123 thats unbelievable. nicely done. after sending my 3093 solution i was pretty sure there is now way to make it far over 3100 but V4nKw15h proofs me wrong.

also cool to see how many ways to solve this level. building such hightowers and stuff like that

and mark hey you see my dark isnt that super special. i just use the cheaper paddle 8)

That light is strange, but it works.

BTW, could someone update the medal tally?

Argh, I can't even see the results yet.

I recently replaced my home computer and it doesn't have Armadillo Run installed on it. I don't have the installer anymore, nor probably my authorisation code thingy.

I only have it on my work laptop now, so I can neither view these results nor post up a compeitition until Friday about 11:00GMT.

It's such a shame Cresta turned up with so little time to spare. I have to give credit to Cresta for the original idea behind my launcher too because he was the first person I saw make a swing like that, with the floppy metal plate paddle to flick it the extra distance.

If you guys can hang on until Friday I'll post up a level then, but if anyone wants to do it before then feel free. I was planning to make a quick level just before writing this before remembering I don't have AR here anymore. So frustrating.

BTW, does anyone have any ideas how I might get it installed again without the installer? Can it be downloaded anywhere or would I be forced to rebuy it? I might be able to to find my codes, but there is no point even looking without the installer first.

You could copy the AR data files from your work laptop to your home PC.

Well done to the winners, some very inventive solutions especially V4nKw15h with an amazing score. mi2's winning dark was so simple, I tried something like that but the paddle kept being shattered by the Dillo :( I should have tried harder.

Yeah I did consider that I'd try that. Do you know for a fact that it works, or just an educated guess?
I'm guessing the AR.exe file relies only on other files in the AR folder, and no registry entries.

Either way though, I'm stuck until Friday before posting a level.
