Does it involve attaching a large see-saw-like structure to that middle anchor point?

If not, I'll give up now! :(

I did use that anchor, but I wouldn't call my structure big...
Removing that anchor would make it a great B level. Still trying to make a solution with the dillo actualy getting run over but it's hard to get up to the portal after that.

Very smooth, though. Something I was looking for. Much smoother than my POCs. One of which does "involve attaching a large see-saw-like structure to that middle anchor point."

I wonder where everybody is. Both A and B contest don't seem to get a lot of action. They both are very nice levels so that shouldn't be the problem. Maybe extend this one till tuesday and make future A contests last a week as well?

We might have to do that, Rob. :|
For a while there we were extending the contests past the deadline until we got entries from 3 different players.
You're the only one I've got with 1 day left.

EDIT: Maybe this level is a little hard for A league. I knew it was possible, but maybe a little expensive.
I was, though, able to get a nice POC going underneath the wheel that doesn't use the upper anchor.
It's pretty sweet, but it doesn't beat your (rob's) score. :)

But I think extending the deadline for the A league is a good idea anyway. Its very frustrating watching these cute puzzles being wasted every 3 days, the more so if you have a life outside Armadillo and don't get chance to do the fun ones.

EDIT: Maybe this level is a little hard for A league. I knew it was possible, but maybe a little expensive.

There seems to have always been a problem distinguishing "hard" from "expensive". "Expensive" puzzles are great if they are fun, but there has always been a tendency to think if it can't be done with a single freaky balanced piece of cloth its "hard". This one isn't "hard" to solve - it's just hard to be flash with it.

Perhaps I make that clearer without giving anything away if I say its readily solved with compressed rubber. That's easy, 'A' and expensive, but I can already feel the experts cringing.

Love this level.
[You haven't got my answer yet because I'm trying to improve another one]

I've often thought the same thing.

Well, Gents, the concensus seems to be that we extend this contest a couple days to see if we can get more particpation.
