I have 1352 so i guess i'm gonna have to tweak some more.

You can achive 1398 at least, but for this you need to use tweaking program to make stable vertical rope + cloth (I still have no idea, how to make such thing, without spending 30-50 minutes

), I have no time now, so - I'm not in game)))
50 - Louncher, 20 - add-on, 20 - swing & 12 - catcher (maybe even 6) [It's a clue

Maybe I missed something...]
P.S. B League good solution also cost too much time(((((( See you in next competitions.

Plate with attached 3 bars - and you will lounch a ball

Maybe less, suppose Crestas POC will be included)

It gets close to the top of the ramp but to get it over i need a plate and 4 bars. Still cheaper than my previous solution but gonna have to retweak the rest of the level.
