Perfectly good level!

I can see why V4 commented on "grey". If you catch the image at ~6.13 seconds (attached) you can see how absurd the balance is.

Yeah, very very very grey. There are physics bugs all over my solution. Even the rope is creating force in my favour. We've seen it before on levels around a pivot. When rope gets stretched in one direction around a pivot it creates a slight force in the opposite direction around the pivot as it tries to compensate.

However, trying to define in words (for rules) what is dark and what is light becomes impossible when we go to this grey area. It would lead to utter confusion and frustration I believe.

Ultimately it doesn't make much difference anymore, now that nobody is counting medals. Hopefully we are all here just because we enjoy playing and who wins, and who loses doesn't really matter.

While I'm on that subject, would you like to host the next A league decsystem? I'm already doing the B league, and I don't believe I have an A league level ready anyway. You haven't had the chance to host for a while so it would be my pleasure to let you host if you have something you would like to share.

Okay, well I don't think it much matters. I'll work on a level but anyone who feels like hosting this A league just go for it. Doesn't matter if you were involved in the last competition or not. I might have the time to get something ready in the next hour or it may take me all day.

Well I had a busy day yesterday, so still no level ready for A league. But I don't think it's such a bad thing really. There is good activitiy on the B league.

I'm still hoping someone will throw down a good A league so I don't need to rush out a level that is untested.

Sorry everybody - it wasn't the forum being slow - it was my net going down.
I was getting roughly 60% of pings through. Still, thats what you get when you rely on BT for lines.
Sorry I seemed to drop out of it all yesterday - couldn't even tell you I had problems.

JimC - thanks for message of help - couldn't do that either.
