More like $4750 if you ask me.

I took a look at this one for 30 minutes and got it out and around the corner and heading towards the portal for less than $200. However I'm not actually competing. I don't have enough time right now to tweak out another level.

Not to mention that anything with a sharp corner like that means the vertical string and rope trick will be used which I personally I think is bordering on cheating and will not do myself.

You got it!
I like my method to get out of the big hole, but I can tell you:

- to get around the corner I spend 30..
- my catcher is 2 pieces of cloth and a metal bar..

This way make me have a 4740+ but as you can see I have little will to tweak... :?

Yeah, my first success at getting out of the hole cost $150. I'm sure it could be tweaked down by at least $10-$20 if I could have been bothered. I didn't even save it. I basically built a trebuchet. Then I got to the corner and thought about the vertical string/cloth or string/metal plate and thought "bleh, not for me".

Hmmm, was convinced that a piece of tensioned rubber ($200) was the cheapest solution to getting the dillo out of the bowl after trying various other methods.

Well now you know better. It was quite easy to build the trebuchet. Not too tweaky. Obviously if I'd tried to reduce the price to a bare minimum it would have ended up getting very tweaky.

I honestly cannot see how you're getting it out of the bowl for less than 200! We are talking light here aren't we?

Yes Dave. Look up Trebuchet on google images. You will get the idea how I did it very quickly for $150.

Hope everyone gives the Armadillo Run Olympics a try in the B league :) Gold, Silver and Bronze medals await the best sportmen. Well not really but it sounds good and I'll post the results for it like that for fun.
