I thought the host decided but I haven't really been payin attention so I'm not sure

Please tell us, I was not playing when this roule was accepted either.

Anyway this contest posting scores is forbidden. It's too easy and absolute score is reachable for 30 minutes.

I've been tweaking for like an hour and I really doubt I'm even close to a perfect score :|

I ran out of anything to tweak at 40 minutes. Remind me to send you my solution that is $6 cheaper than the one I already sent FF. I don't have it here. It is at work. I'll try to remember today.

I'm not saying that I got the cheapest in 30 minutes but I sent it 30 minutes after he posted the level and it was called Light30Minutes

I guess I'll call my tweak, Light40minutes. It's also so cheap I can't imagine it can be beaten dark.

I have BIG problems distinguish my light and dark solutions...............

I continue improving, but I'm slowly sliding in dark side, and can't define a precise border.......
