I'm pretty sure the winning solution with be a hanging catcher (1 long rope, 2 short ones and a clothe) and one or two six dollar pieces of ropes on the rockets. Tweaky as hell o.O

Yep. there will be two people that do that, and then unw will do it magically for way cheaper using rockets as a catcher or something odd like that.

Ok,if you all dont like it,can I change it?the old one is the portal in upper part,but I think it is too difficult for A level.

I would recommend only changing the stationary rockets into rubber or something. you can leave the portal where it is I think.
