It looks light to me, unless a bar breaks at the start.

IMO, CN's solution is dark.

Mentioned "Bizarre" was my solution to old Snowlord's contest. Looking back, I can't say that it's 100% dark. It is absolutely light on the start of level, and bugs in the game engine transform it to dark in few seconds. Dark solution, as we always say, is solution that uses bugs in the game engine (Force, etc.). "Bizarre" doesn't use them directly.

Going back to overlapping. I think we can classify two groups of such solutions. One group is solutions, which use overlapping nodes effect, but will work without it. IMO, these solutions should be determined as light. The example is my "Ye Olde" "Shopping cart" - take a look. The second group, obviously, is solutions, which won't work without overlapping - they should be dark. For example, look at Cresta's solution "Exxxxxtremely surprising".

What do you think?
