Its definitely possible but i dont think i can do it; requires lots of tweaking

Maybe... But I'll be extremely surprised if anyone does get 9799.
I've tried to figure out what everyone means by "that" and "it," but I'm still slightly confused.
15 minuets or so left! I suspect a 4-way tie!
