Ok I have to gloat now; 2910+D :D
In an ideal world, where anything and everything is in perfect form, is there a perfect form of imperfection?

Work THAT one out! :)

I basically used a force paddle to get over the top, then used a genius catcher!! I believe I can talk about this now as the contest has officially ended...

Well, I don't want to be annoying but as mod I should say that talking about solution is against the rules. But... If you guys want, maybe we can propose changing the rules to permit discussing solution? What do ya think?
Though, especially I don't like this because it is not so far from clan work.

I think discussing how to do levels should be ok, because its only the person who says it thats losing out... Also, whats wrong with a bit of harmless teamwork??

The person who speaks about own solution is giving aid to all people. But, maybe, part of them have invented that stuff what he said later, and other will simply take this idea too. So, this is breaking normal course of the contest.
Here is discussion about the clans and why people don't like teamwork idea: http://armadillo.metaclassofnil.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1186.

Actually everyone who figured out how to do it themselves is losing out since now everyone knows how to do it and they had to go through the work of discovering it for themselves. Now everyone knows how to do it and they lose their advantage.

Private messages are a good place for discussing level specifics

I'm trying to make a Unw's style light solution- to extract one rocket from the spinning thing and guide the dillo with it.
