Anyway, my point is that in the rules (both links) this little sentence can be found:

During the contest, you may not talk about the level or your solution in any way, except making very general remarks (i.e. "Nice level!") or posting your current score.

I don't know if this is a good rule, but it's there...

One could argue that you can not win in that case, but I guess the general view is more tolerant
