I mailed one eariler at $4648. Since then I'll just say I now have one that beats everyone who's posted except for BFC. $4816 is nuts.

I'm now at $4646. This is after about 5 unique setups and with a total of 13 seperate saves that I consider worthy of saving the changes made.

My catching is the only place at all I can see for improvment. Its rather costly but I have no clue how I could further optimize it.

I really want to see these solutions!

It's true. I should probably go over it again. I'm just looking at my method for getting the ball to the target, and I've got $4782 left over without a catcher of any kind.

Mine's up to $4684, several people besides BFC have beat it since I said that, I don't believe that approach is going to get any better, I need something radically different, but I'm stumped. At least we have a few more days to think about it

I went to bed last night happy with my 4664,
Now Ive just got in to find everyone and his dog has now beaten this,

Well, I can think of only one way to do it spending less than $200, and I've tried, and I can't make it work. I'm prepared to accept that it's possible - I'm also prepared to accept that we're playing poker here

On a more wholesome note, I have a solution that does not use tension at $4622. Can anyone beat that?
