That one was $1246. I have submitted a better solution now based on roughly the same major pieces. I'm still not telling you how much better!

Wow, it seems more and more amazing that my first ever working solution was 1440 :D

Wow, I'm highly interested. The first half of my levels have been the same amount as some are ending with. :(

The level is going pretty well for me. Over $1400 so far... by quite a bit.

I think this recent "rubber fetish" amongst the level designers is making for strangely sensitive solutions . . .

Only reason I use rubber is because it's much harder to destroy. I didn't notice the level being "touchy" when I did my 3 solutions. However, I've worked on many levels where that was present and I know exactly what you are talking about.

I will be glad when we can make structures that can not be destroyed.

Hopefully no one gets too frustrated with it.

I've got an extremely interesting, but illegal, experiment that ends with $420.

edit: Decided I shouldn't have posted that. oops. Squint I wish you didn't have so much chaos :( . There just shouldn't be any movment since every connection is an anchor point. Probably a bug in the game.

While unseen, I believe the nature of rubber means forces are pushed around everywhere, causing small changes to have wide reaching effects.

Yay, this game rocks! I can't wait to see everyone's solutions! I figured out how to build later structures without affecting my earlier ones but it costs too much - I beat that $1440 score, but it's pretty obvious that it can be done alot cheaper if you have the patience to keep trying start-and-end combinations.

Thanks for putting this competition together guys it was lots of fun!
