I have made some movieclips from ARFC, but have failed to convert them to a more handy format. The size gets a problem ie when I shal post them etc...
Any good tips for me, anyone?

I can't open this file up (With up to date VLC)
And as for size, i guess you could always upload to youtube.com or video.google.com
They automatically convert it to flash.
