How do you do the 0 with a line through it, like for Orjan? Are the keyboards different in Europe?

That's called a "moon" keyboard. People who live on the moon use it with their fancy language.

On a windows computer, hold alt and press '0216'.

Otherwise, just copy and paste it from somewhere else, eg a character map.
