What multi-threading is is a stream of data that iis being processed by a core and when they're multipule threads they're multicores also.

the program smpseesaw has GREATLY increased my armadillo run performance.

note that the limiting simulation speed id not removed by this is is increased to a higher level if you have a multicore cpu.

I CAN NOT STRESS YOU ENOUGH THAT IF YOU DONT HAVE A MULTICORE CPU YOU WONT HAVE ANY INCREASE AT ALL WITH ARMADILLO RUN PERFORMANCE.

HOW TO TELL IF YOU ARE MULTICORE FOR THE NOT SO TECHNOLOGICLY INCLINED.

CLOCK START AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THE SCREEN.

LINKY http://www.brothersoft.com/smp-seesaw-d ... 58539.html

RIGHT CLICK ON MY COMPUTER THEN CLICK PROPERTIES.

GO TO HARDWARE AND THEN CLICK DEVICE MANAGER.

WHEN IN DEVICE MANAGER CLOCK PROCESSORS LITTLE + SIGN TO EXPAND IT AND IF YOU DON'T SEE ANY MORE THAN ONE OF WHATEVER THE NAME WILL BE THEN YOU DONT HAVE MULTICORE.
