I used a diagnostic tool I know about and tested direct 3d. It worked fine! any other ideas?

Ok then. By the way, this computer is in minnesoda right now and my computer with ar is in california. I'll try the game when I get home.

i put it on my friend's computer, an xp, and the same error STILL pops up!
