Thanks Ike, couldn't find the download link either.
The game is unfinished, it shows TODO: finish controls list in the help menu, so I have to figure them out myself.

I know I said my graphics card wouldn't support it, but I'm not really sure. When I try to run it, An error message pops up saying that it was "unable to create 3D3 device" 
Any ideas?

Your videocard doesn't support Direct3D... or maybe it's missing drivers.
Right click on dektop>Properties>Settings> if you can see your videocard's name here, then it's all ok with the drivers.

The card's name is there, it's an Intel 82845G/GL Graphics Controller.
Edit: I just installed the latest driver and the same error pops up!!
