I was the original author of this patch. Since I recently reinstalled the latest version of Armadillo Run, I updated the speed hack to work with version 1.0.5 too. A bit late, I know, but better late than never.

Simply run the patch and select your Armadillo Run.exe file. Run the patch again on the same file to undo the changes made. Of course, you can also first copy Armadillo Run.exe to e.g. Fast.exe and then patch that one, if you prefer to keep the original executable unmodified.

Could you be a bit more specific about what goes wrong?

I did notice the executable I posted has a dependency on MSVCR90.DLL, which not everyone may have. I uploaded a new version that only depends on standard DLL's that ship with Windows, so if you got an error about missing DLL's when running Speedhack.exe, please try downloading the updated version (from my post above).

If something else goes wrong, first make sure that you have Armadillo Run 1.0.5 installed (to check, select Instructions from the main menu and scroll all the way down; the version number is displayed there) and that you selected the right executable file. If it still doesn't work, please be a bit more detailed in your description of what goes wrong.

For example, mention step by step what you did, what happens, which error messages you received, et cetera.

just to make sure it works... what is the latest version of AR? cause i dont think it's working. not sure. :?:

THANKZ It works just copy the 3 files to the amardillo folder where the amardillo run .exe is there and the Graphics And Levels Folders copy it there run the 2 .exe's .bat's then Amardillo Speedup .exe Should Appear Run That CABOOM! It's Fast As Heaven!
