I think all of the old school AR players are just mad that it might make getting medals too easy. They have to defend their 30-40 Medals. lol.

Im against adding it to any sort of official medal tally. I gave out a "creativity medal" because a solution was funny to me and the creator deserved to know it was a good solution even though it didnt win.

I didnt think that it would become such and issue. lol.

I'm mostly being a jackass. But I dislike the idea because it's easy to earn a medal now and making it any easier just ruins the fun of having medals at all. Sure you could respond with, who cares about medals, but that would make this whole thread moot.

Plus the current system for rewarding creativity is just fine. If theres an exceptionally cool solution it's always pointed out and people comment on how good it was and thats the end of it.

I don't think anyone cares if a host gives out a medal like gamma did, heck I'd even encourage that. It's just when you make the medals official that it's going too far

But like I said, I'm mostly being a jackass and opposing it because I think it's funny :)
