Yeah, I found out that it's a bug in the physics-engine.
If you change the Boundaries, it can change the whole way of the run!
Also if you have made a level, that works perfectly, and even though you run it 10,000 times it still works, a bug can occur... If you place a simple structure or something, somewhere in the level, and it's not even have any relation or contact with the rest of the level, the level will break, and stop working... You can play it 10,000 times more, and still not working. If you then remove that structure again, the bug disappears, and the level are working 100% again...
It's a really anoying bug, but I doubt that it can be fixed easily!
