Before continuing please look at the cheapest solution for Clockworks-BFC at the solutions page.

I am very puzzled by the bouncing using only a metal bar. Can someone please post instructions ASAP?

This is what we call a Jackhammer. It is normally made from loads of metal plates, not sure why this solution was done with bars. The Jackhammer is described in other parts of the forum, should be easy to find.
