How to do a guy?

Ive downloaded a few lvls and some of them had the so called "guy", the name of one of the levels was " assault of the guy " or something like that, i tried to do a copy of what he did but i dont seem to get it to work right, can you tell me how'?

anyone? P.s the guy is made with rubber only and without tension

From what I know, the guy can probably be made by crossing rubber in the head the same way you do to make a wheel.
