Actually, in the level editor and levels with huge budgets rubber might be more long-lasting than metal. :idea: 8)

Never in the history of competition has a rubber paddle proved useful.

Sure you can make a rubber paddle, but there will always be a cheaper solution.

This is almost identical to the momentum paddle No2 at the beginning of this topic but with the elastic and the plate it becomes $110 more expensive. You can see in the attachment when compared to the normal paddle and the original design the difference in power. There are probably 100's of different ways to make force paddles but the price will usually be the deciding factor as to whether a paddle will ever get used.

Why not come and join us in the contests with AR2, more fun with some competition :D .
