This works for small wheels and is stable... indefinitely?
I created a small force wheel and attached elastic to the outside edges. Then I tensioned them and viola! a fast, stable wheel.

any ideas on how to do this for a large wheel or other force things?

I edited it and made it so that it can deal with impact such as that larger have not tested against large objects yet
