My first level

3 has no container-materials except rockets, making it harder. Had to use another rocket to stop it.
4...was interesting. And fun.
Edit: As usual, immediately after posting, I tweak for the better. New level 3.

3: Ah, cloth is now allowed. Although there is a certain symmetry completing the new the same way I did the old. Your cheapness device failed .
5: Elastic'd and I'm too cheap to pay for something to stop the dillo when the rubber can do that.
Original 4th has been improved.
