Floating Vehicle

This is my first attempt at a flying craft which floats and moves. Please give me ideas on how to improve it.

I don't want to be mean to your 1 - 3 post but it's not so good, but i was wondering how did u get negitve money? You should try to put the ball in the machine first lol
