In this level I don't see the need for any of the ar1-tricks but there are levels where I do also miss them. Problem is we had a limited number of efficient tricks we used for almost every level. Take your mi2 launcher, once you made it it was the winning solution to almost any contest. It was a very nice trick but seeing it done over and over gets boring. In ar2 there are (so far) no tricks that win almost all contests so we have a lot more possibilities (that actually have a chance of winning) than in ar1.
