Ok here are the results for the 27th B league: Gates

I was hoping someone would come up with some kind of cool rotating/flipping/reusable device to solve this. As a poc I just did 1 gate and ever since posting the level I tried to make something better than a battery of compressed rubber. I failed miserably I tried something like the ar1 loops contest (of wich I stole the grid as well) but without welding it's very hard.
So a battery of compressed rubber is what you did, and markmadras did it best scoring the with 11 points and $0 left followed by votart with 9 and straubitude with 6.

Once I had 9 I found room for one more rubber and just enough money but the tweaking was crazy.

New contest coming up, I hope it will be a test of skill and not patience and have seperated the plate runs to try and eliminate the tweaking problem.

OMG thats all i can say. just to watch the solutions breaks my brain into mud . i looked 20 at this level and that it was .. nice solutions at all
