**PLEASE NOT EXTENDED END DATE** - 7 extra days

Welcome to the 352nd AR2 A contest: 016_JupiterGravity

I'm VERY worried by this one. But it's different enough, to want to give it a try.

Sendai45 was renowned as a bridge builder, but this particular challenge has a bit of an obstacle in the way.
And, with Gravity set to 1000%, ten times higher than the usual G, things are likely to break under their own weight. I recall a challenge where 300% gravity was enough to have a bridge collapse under its own weight.

So, I feel like I'm missing a trick, because although the prices were halved, the winner spent just $48. Ooops, spoiler alert. Sorry, but I read through some of the challenge thread, to see how easy/impossible it was.

The thing is, this challenge has no "results" page that I can see, implying it could not be done. And the four pages of debate, left me wondering IF the thing was even possible. But Votart managed it with ease.
I haven't tried a solution myself yet, so this one feels like "flying blind" - I'm not sure if there was something in the "early development" AR2 versions that made this simple. Or if the version we now use, was already in action.

I have made the dillo a little smaller, and moved it, which makes the "flipper potential" a little more difficult. I'm guessing that was how it was done before.
But it also means, that might not work again. Particularly since there are no posted solutions to look at for inspiration.

Prices are halved. For everything. Seemed easier to leave it like that, than reset all the prices, and double the cash available.

Have fun, everyone. And... Good Luck!

AR2 Version 2.1.3 Beta is used, make sure you use the correct version.

If you download this level please submit your solution even if you think it's not good. You help us keep the forum alive and we might be able to help you become a better player.

Submissions by PM.

Prices are halved.

If you download the background file, then you'll have a new background of Jupiter to play against. Just at it to the same "Levels" folder as the .lvl2 challenge file.

Grats, and thanks for the confirmation. On with the challenge! :D

I have a rather major RL event on Tuesday that might affect my competitiveness for a while. Apologies in advance if I stay a little quiet for the duration. :(

Haven't made much of an effort to complete it, but hopefully I can ^^

Best of luck to you bythelee! Hope it doesn't affect you adversely!

Haven't made a proper effort to beat the level this time, have recently started what you could call internship at a library, but with no chance for hiring at that library. But busy work and one I do well at ^^

So I am doing pretty well irl ^^

Good luck with the library. Makes a change from the farm. Pity there's "no chance" of hiring.

I'm somewhat all over the place in RL.
The major event went better than expected, but still more big things coming up. Like an injection into my spine, tomorrow.
Then a trip to Ireland the week after, that's causing me all sorts of grief.

I kinda missed the deadline for finishing yesterday, but there's also been no entries submitted as of Sunday morning.

So, I'll extend this by one week.

I'm going to be "away" starting Monday 22nd for about ten days, but IF I can download the next challenge before then, and IF I can find a wifi hotspot, I'll have my laptop that can run AR2 with me to compete.

400+ :) but a rather "obvious" solution.

Are you talking about the dillo, or the score?

I need to do both, though. 828 is my present best. :(
