It took more time and effort than most could probably afford, but the end result is quite pleasing for it's simplicity. I was surprised just how far things could be trimmed.
No one would have believed that we could get purple to his portal by spending $24. Me included!
But, it's just two short pieces of rope and one cloth. (There's a rope tweak controlling the rubber launcher).
And I love the "knock-on" effect at the yellow portal in the ideal POC.
I'm hoping KuzyaHG isn't too disappointed.....
Now, I have two versions of the next challenge.
One is quite easy, POC in under ten minutes, and hard to see "alternatives".
But the other version is so hard, I've got no POC after 30 minutes.
That said, I'm
absolutely certain it is solvable. It's just hard to see how to solve it
economically.
