Welcome to the 280th AR2 A contest: O.U.T. (also known as Over, Under, or Through)

Just a bit of a complicated dynamic puzzle, with a few little nasty traps along the way.
It should be really easy to get something working - my first POC took 3 minutes to work.
But, deciding the most economical route might prove a little more challenging.
Especially as prices have been changed.....

Just curious, perfect is 1890?

I don't have it btw, I just fun, trying to make better (failed ofcourse).
