Thanks Alex for proving to me that the 1938 solution was possible.
I tried for a long time with the cloth sling, before giving up and switching to the plate flinger.
And, I wasn't sure that the saviour rocket would be enough to stop the dillo like Alex and Mark_man did. Awesome!
I figured a careful landing tweak to kill dillo momentum on the edge of the catcher like KuzyaHG was a more likely certain finish - for the same price.
Seems the drugs have got me thinking straight again!
I hope it lasts.
